Combating Cancer With Hempseed


Hempseeds are very rich in Omega fatty acids. In fact, they have the perfect 3:1 ratio for optimum human health.

Omega 3 fatty acids have been show to reduce inflammation and may lower the risk of getting cancer. According to the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana, consumption of Omega 3 fatty acids may slow the growth of cancer and reduce the side effects of the cancer and accompanying chemotherapy.

By improving the way the cells  use oxygen, the Omega 3 fatty acids may reduce the cancerous tumors by decreasing the metastasis of the cancerous cells.

Cancerous cells have lower levels of essential fatty acids, so it is critical to have a proper intake of Omega fatty acids in the diet.
