Hempseeds are very rich in Omega fatty acids. In fact, they have the perfect 3:1 ratio for optimum human health.
Omega 3 fatty acids have been show to reduce inflammation and may lower the risk of getting cancer. According to the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana, consumption of Omega 3 fatty acids may slow the growth of cancer and reduce the side effects of the cancer and accompanying chemotherapy.
By improving the way the cells use oxygen, the Omega 3 fatty acids may reduce the cancerous tumors by decreasing the metastasis of the cancerous cells.
Cancerous cells have lower levels of essential fatty acids, so it is critical to have a proper intake of Omega fatty acids in the diet.

Industrial hemp seeds are very legal, and can be found in health food stores; some grocery stores do carry them. You can also find them online. They will be marketed either as hemp seeds or hemp hearts, they are both the same.
It would be much easier to help spread these blogs if there was a “tweet” button on your site as well. There are many people who are interested in such news.
