Problems With Impotence? Try Hemp Seed!

One in six couples in the U.S. has trouble conceiving (almost 6 million couples). There are many causes of impotence/low sperm count, including smoking (can reduce sperm count by up to 15%), obesity, poor nutrition, and environmental factors (exposure to chemicals, pollutants, and dioxins).

In 1990, at the WHO conference, a Danish scientist stated that Western men were suffering from an infertility crisis. According to his research, sperm counts in some areas had decreased by 40% over the last 50 years.

Pesticides, traffic fumes, plastics, soya beans, unclean water, processed meats, and other foods can be sources of dioxins, as well as bleached paper products (toilet paper, coffee filters, milk cartons).

Most dioxins are the byproducts of industrial processing. The highest levels of dioxins can be found in soil, meat, poultry, eggs,  fish, shellfish, food, and water. Dioxins stay in the body for a long period of time because they are stored in the fat tissue.

According to the EPA,

“The EPA is now saying that this is soon to become a major health risk problem. The cumulative effects of dioxin in humans have been linked to birth defects, cancer, reproductive disorders and immune system breakdown.”

Dioxins are hormone disruptors. They attach to the cells in the body and cause problems including impotence, low sperm count, cancer, immune disorders, and birth defects.

There is almost no way to totally avoid dioxins, but watching intake of dairy products and processed meats, as well as being mindful of environmental factors and using low dioxin or dioxin-free products.

Proper nutrition can help heal the body of some affects from dioxins. Including hempseed and hempseed oil is a good start. Hempseed’s Omega fatty acids, protein, and nutrients help repair damaged cells and help promote healthy cells. Hemp strengthens the immune system.

The Omega 3 fatty acids in hempseed stimulate the release of nitric oxide (critical for erectile function).

Omega 3 fatty acids in hemp are important for cardiovascular health. Heart disease and hypertension are leading causes of impotence and sexual dysfunction. Sperm formation requires essential Omega fatty acid intake.

A study at Harvard University has found that men who eat larger amounts of saturated fats are more likely to exhibit a reduced sperm count whereas those who eat a diet rich in polyunsaturated fats, including the Omega 3 essential fatty acids, were more likely to exhibit an increased sperm count.” (Healthyomega3.com)

Because there are so many causes of impotence, it is sometimes difficult to pinpoint one specific reason for impotence. But proper nutrition and diet, including reducing saturated fats and replacing them with Omega fatty acids found in hemp, is an excellent step on the road to improving impotence and reducing the factors that cause it.

  1. Alot of men are too embarrased to go to the doctor about it. It’s their manhood and pride that are being affected and speaking to their doctor about it will feel to them like the worst thing in the world. What they don’t realise is their doctor is professional and probably sees dozens of ED cases a week. It’s just another day for him. He’s not going to judge you, or embarrass you. He’s there to help you.

  2. Kamagra is a real good choice if you’re looking for a generic version. There are different forms of Kamagra if men find it difficult to take tablets, including soft tabs, jelly & soluble form.
